East Tennessee Musician's Supply - Returns Statement
East Tennessee Musician's Supply has adopted the following Returns Policy:
1. Items must be shipped back by the end of the next business day after they arrive.
2. Items must be returned in new (unused and unopened) condition.
3. In order to return items customers must obtain a return authorization number by emailing
frittsbgband@aol.com or calling (423) 345-3510.
4. Customers will be responsible for shipping items both ways. There will be no refunds on shipping and
handling fees. Furthermore, customer must pay to insure and ship items back.
5. Returned orders will be subject to $15.00 restocking fee.
